Since its founding in1897 when the first church was built and dedicated in Nada, the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church has been defined as a communal family rooted in its Catholic faith and traditions. The parish has been blessed with several religious vocations including 11 Priests, 2 Deacons, and 23 Nuns. The present church, built in 1929, represents the central iconic focal point of the Nada community. As many residents would strongly argue, without St. Mary's there would be no Nada.
